I scheduled a 60 minute full body massage and both the staff and masseuse were friendly! I did ask for light pressure and it was a bit more firm than what I’d had hoped. But overall, I had a good experience and felt relaxed afterwards.

Bought a couples massage, on their info it said you can choose from Swedish massage or deep tissue massage. I thought hey that’s perfect I’ll get deep tissue massage.I called to set up appointment and the guy on the phone proceeded to tell me that the deep tissue massage was an additional cost and was very rude when I mentioned their info said I can choose between the two, he said “nope, I don’t think so” and kept repeating it and to be more rude he said “maybe call back another day”. No where did it say it was an additional charge for deep tissue.Looks like this place doesn’t want to have a good lasting business.

Our team clearly informed you — as is standard across all Aroma Body & Foot Massage locations — that Swedish massage is included in the couples package, and deep tissue massage is available as an upgrade for an additional fee.While we welcome all questions and are happy to explain our services, we do expect respectful communication. Unfortunately, the manner in which our staff was spoken to during the call was aggressive and inappropriate.At Aroma Body & Foot Massage, we take pride in offering premium services with clear, consistent pricing and professional standards.
